On occasion during peak periods delays can often happen. This is due to warehouse restrictions. Also, shipping delays can often happen during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. More on this below.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $4.95 flat rate shipping to the USA & Europe, and $19.95 Flat Rate shipping worldwide. Free Shipping for USA orders over $50.
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses located in various parts of the world including the USA and the UK by USPS.

We are proud to offer shipping services to the USA, UK, Canada, Brazil, Italy, France, Russia, Spain, Germany and Australia. While we are open to shipping to other international countries, we would prefer you contact us first and we will be more than happy to let you whether or not we can ship to your country.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Shipping time varies by location.
We understand that customers want their products to be shipped as quickly as possible. It is also vital to know in what time frame they will arrive on customers doorsteps. However, in order to be transparent, it's crucial that all customers are aware that most of our products are “custom” or “printed on demand”. It therefore means that our products take time to process, print and ship.
Below is how our production works:
Order is placed: When an order is placed it can take several hours for this order to be batched into our system.
Our system will batch orders every 4 hours. Once this order is in our system it will undergo a series of checks and is then ready to be assigned to one of our a print facilities.
Order is Assigned a Print Facility: Once your order has been assigned to a print facility the order is printed on paper and sent out onto the production floor. Once your order is in this phase we can not cancel or change the order.
Packaging and Shipping: Once a printed order meets our quality control standards the item is packaged. Once packaged a shipping label is printed and the package is placed in a shipping container to be picked up.
Printing a shipping label triggers the tracking number and this is sent to customer's email. The shipping details are not updated until the carrier picks up the package and it is scanned at the sorting center. This could take 12-24 hours for the scans to show.
Production Times: Please understand these are estimates and are not a guarantee on exact times. Various factors can impact on timing hence it is hard to give an exact number of days for each item.
We use these as guidelines only. The best thing to do is contact us at email@example.com if you are looking for an exact time for an order or during a specific time of year. This will enable us to provide better assistance.
NB: IMPERATIVE INFORMATION BELOW:
During off-peak months orders are processed within 1-7 business days on average and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days on average and ready for shipping. As these times do not include processing we usually say your delivery should be with you within 7-20 business days.
PEAK TIMES: Each year can be different. However, we use these times of year as our peak times. Keep in mind that shipping times also play a factor in the overall delivery times for orders.

Our advice to customers is to order way in advance of the date they require the product particularly if it is a good for a loved one. When it comes to special holidays it is absolutely paramount that orders are made very early as our production teams are usually extremely busy processing orders, and while we always endeavor to ship your orders out as quickly as possible there are always other variables such as the weather, the delivery companies etc. that can contribute to the delay of getting your order to you within the expected time.
Can I Ship To A Different Location?
Pending that you provide the shipping address when you order that will not be a problem. However, If you have already placed your order you will need to contact us within an hour to inform us of your change of shipping address.
What If I'm Not Home When My Order Arrives?
If you are not home when your order is delivered you will be left a note from the delivery company informing you of either another day when delivery will be attempted or requesting that you pick up the delivery from their depot or local post office. Please read the delivery card to find out precisely where to collect your product.
Why Have I Not Received All My Orders Together??
Our business partners are located around the world. This means that the warehouses and fulfillment centres will ship from different parts of the world. You are likely to receive some of your products earlier than others but not to worry as they will arrive. Should this happen and you have any concerns please contact us and let us know your know your tracking number and email and we will follow this up and revert to you as promptly as possible.
What Shipping Methods Do You Use?
Depending on the product we use either USPS, DHL, UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Ground or Ascendia. The following products are sent without tracking numbers: Stickers are sent via first class mail without tracking. Apparel & mugs shipped from the UK do not have tracking.
TRACKING INFORMATIONHow do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Why Can't I Track My Order Or Shipping?
Some products may not have a tracking number. An international order may not always have tracking number. This depends entirely on where in the world you are and whether the shipping companies have established the tracking system with your country. We understand this is not ideal but it can actually help to reduce the shipping costs for your products. It should be noted that faster shipping with tracking can be very expensive. We know that you will be eager to receive your order but in this scenario we would appreciate your patience. Your order will be with you as soon as possible and you will be delighted.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. However, this is not applicable to personalized products as mentioned above.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
